After a two-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was wonderful to be back at South Africa’s iconic Royal Show hosted at the Royal Showgrounds in Pietermaritzburg. The Royal Show is the continent’s largest mixed exhibition incorporating a fully-fledged agricultural component. The annual 10-day event is well known for including showings of livestock and agricultural equipment, but also for a wide range of other displays and activities, encompassing lifestyle exhibitions, music concerts and even a funfair.
This year, Meadow Feeds once again sponsored some of our young students who participated at the KZN Youth Show. Our customers were also treated to a delicious lunch while being entertained by Springbok legend, Wynand Claassen, who shared some of his experiences of the 1981 Springbok tour.
